Today, Labrador Consulting & Marketing Services is proud to announce that it has finished development on the website for The Cake Walk (www.thecakewalkcary.com) and relaunched the site. This new version of the site comes in time for the Wedding Show where The Cake Walk will be exhibiting January 5th & 6th.

After consulting with Mrs. Mallard about her company and her needs and marketing plan, we devised a new site which instantly showcases her designer cakes to every website visitor. We redeployed the website using Joomla and some modular extensions. This made it easy to alter the website without requiring mass changes. It also enabled us to grow the website with Debbie's business, and allow her staff to make minor changes and additions as need be. We also have the capability to add some additional features in the future with minimal effort.

About The Cake Walk

The Cake Walk provides custom cakes and cookies for residents of the Triangle, North Carolina (Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Holly Springs, Durham, Chapel Hill, RTP). The Cake Walk focuses on designer wedding cakes, although cupcakes, specialty cakes and themed cookies are also available.

The Cake Walk website includes a contact form to schedule consultations and tastings, along with pricing information, Cake Walk policies, an informational Cakes 101 section, and a gallery of Cake Walk creations.
